Feeling anxious, self-critical, or overwhelmed can make it hard to feel connected to yourself, your partner, or your life. You may look like you’re holding it together on the outside while struggling silently inside, wondering why things feel so difficult despite your efforts. Many people I work with feel stuck in patterns they don’t fully understand or question whether they can trust themselves to navigate life’s challenges. You are not alone, and support is available.
I specialize in supporting individuals navigating anxiety and self-esteem struggles, as well as women during pregnancy, postpartum, and the emotional transitions of motherhood. I also work with couples who want to improve communication, repair patterns of conflict, or deepen connection. Together, we explore what’s keeping you stuck and how to move forward.
My approach is holistic and evidence-based, integrating talk therapy with EMDR and mind–body tools to address anxiety, trauma, and stress in both mind and body. Therapy is a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can be truly heard and understood. I’m here to walk alongside you as you begin this journey toward feeling more confident, and connected.
